RULES AND INFORMATION

GENERAL INFORMATION ✦

♥ I may post WIP/Commissioned artworks in my portfolio unless client doesn't want to (this includes privacy fee).
♥ Commissions are free to use whenever you like, except AI/NFTs.
♥ All commission is PRIVATE/PERSONAL use. Unless Commercial fee has charged.

COMMISSION PROCESS ✦

♥ How to commission? You can commission me through Vgen, Ko-fi or Dm's.
♥ When filing in the commission google form, please include specific information of your character.
♥ Once I accepted your form, I will be sending you an Invoice. Sketching will start once the payment is sent.
♥ Revision 1 available through sketch only (pose, expressions)
♥ Lineart will start once the sketch are confirmed.
♥ Revision 2 available through base coloring errors.
♥ After everything is approved, render will start and commission will be sent via (ZIP file).
♥ Commissions are usually done around 3 - 5 weeks, depending on my schedule or your slot (max 1month and 5 days).
♥ (Extensions will only take place if there are personal issues, technical problems, etc.)
♥ You can ask for the commission to be done earlier but it will add more charges into the initial payment of the commission which is 50% of the price given.

PAYMENT PROCESS ✦

♥ All transaction will be process on PAYPAL Invoice
♥ Prices are all USD
♥ Strictly no REFUND
♥ Don't send payment first If you didn't fill the commission form yet
♥ Commission must be paid upfront; Partial payments are can be agreed

COMMERCIAL USE ♥

♥ 1.5x of price : Promotion Material, Streaming Assets (Vtuber brands, Twitch, Youtube, etc)
♥ 2.0x of price: Merch, Prints (Selling art)

COPYRIGHT & USAGE♥

♥ I claim all the rights on the commission artwork not the BUYER.
♥ If you post the artwork please credit me by mentioning @NingkleArts

COPYRIGHT VIOLATION ♥

✦ Using as commercial without paying the fees.
✦ Claiming my art as your own
✦ Removing my watermark
✦ Editing my art without my consent
